The Ruger LC9 and EC9

The Ruger LC9 and EC9 are polymer-framed, 9mm pocket pistols. Clearly designed for concealed carry, the Ruger LC9 has melted edges for a snag-free holstering, carry and drawing.

It has a smooth, double-action-only trigger, and in our field tests, it performed flawlessly.

The Ruger LC9 is restricted-state friendly, with a host of different safety features, such as a loaded chamber indicator, internal lock and manual safeties.

With a 3.12-inch barrel, the Ruger LC9 has manageable recoil at an affordable price.

The Ruger EC9 has the same profile of the acclaimed LC9, with more economic manufacturing to bring it down to a lower price point.

If you are in the market for a new concealed carry firearm, take a look at the Ruger LC9 or EC9.

Oh, Superfly!

Alrighty, so now you’ve got your pocket pistol, you need a good holster to keep it in.

The DeSantis holster has a sticky, rubberized fabric so that it stays in your pocket, but won’t imprint.

What’s better, it will fit your other pocket pistols as well, such as many models of Kahr, the Kel-Tec PF9 and the SIG P290.

9mm +P+ for Knock Down Reliability

If you have a self-defense handgun, you need self-defense ammo. The Federal Classic line features a 115 grain Jacketed Hollow Point bullet.

The jacketed hollow point bullet promotes expansion on impact for greater stopping power.

The Federal Classic Hi-Shok 9mm +P+ round is excellent for law enforcement and personal protection. It comes packed with 50 rounds per box.

Take Two Buddies to the Range

Put your new Ruger LC9 in this pistol case, along with your reliable ole’ standby, and take both of them shooting!

The UTG double pistol case has eight sewn-in elastic pockets so you can carry two handguns and six magazines securely.

An outside pocket holds your earplugs, glasses and ID. The UTG deluxe pistol case measures 14×16-inches overall.

It has thick padding, a zippered close, heavy-duty handles and Velcro closers.

  1. Just so you know, the LC9 user manual specifically states that the use of +p rounds can damage or cause your weapon to jam. When you get hollow points make sure they are NOT +p.
