It has been months and I have not heard a word on my rebate, for the two M2.0 smiths. I sent all the info in as told. How long will this take.
I am still waiting for my rebate that I mailed in Sept. The rebate had no impact on my purchase to buy SWMP Shield but the lack of customer service from them will prevent me from buying one in the future.
I OWN A SHIELD .9MM, A PERFORMANCE CENTER SHIELD .9MM, A SHIELD IN .40 CALIBER AND ONE IN .45ACP. WHAT INCENTIVE HAS S&W OFFERED WITH ANY OF THESE PURCHASES? NOTHING! ZERO! JACK SQUAT! JUST FOR KICKERS, I ALSO OWN A BODYGUARD .380ACP, AN DS 9MM AND AN SD .40 CALIBER. SURE WOULD BE NICE TO RECEIVE SOMETHING FROM S&W FOR SUSTAINED CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
Instead of offering a rebate maybe they would better serve their customers who have already purchased a body guard that miss- fires /drops mags, by either finding a fix or buying them back ,, the guns all have a problem before you buy one read the blogs, ask a dealer or check with someone who owns one. The body guard pistol is crap and Smith and Wesson has known it for a long time. Most dealers won’t even take one in trade for a new pistol. My shield is a good pistol the body guard is unreliable and unsafe.
Any rebates apply to your nice engraved 380 body guard?
When wil S & W finish the $75.00 rebate from May and June?
