Gizmos & Gadgets — Hunter Safety System Lifeline Plus

Archery ranks just below table tennis for total number of injuries related to the sport. Unfortunately, the number one archery related injury is falling from a tree—an injury that is completely preventable with a little common sense and the Hunter Safety System.

Hunter Safety System Lifeline Plus
The Lifeline Plus from Hunter Safety System is a necessity when hunting with a cameraman and more importantly when hunting from a double treestand with one of your loved ones.

Taking someone hunting has always been fun; now it is also even safer, thanks to Hunter Safety System Lifeline Plus. Two attachment points on the popular Lifeline system allow for two hunters to safely go from ground to the stand and back down again.

The Lifeline Plus is easy to use. Simply hang the Lifeline Plus when hanging a stand, then tie it to the trunk of the tree just above ground level. Afterward, you can attach your TMA-approved (Treestand Manufacturers Association) harness to one of the two Prusik knots via the carabiner before ascending to hunt. It is perfect for kids, spouses, a filming partner or anyone else who wants to safely share in the love of the outdoors.
