NRA: Federal Appeals Court’s Shocking Pronouncement on Your Rights

A decision this week by the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit is a stark and sobering reminder of the utter disdain and denial with which many judges continue to treat the right to keep and bear arms. Taken to its logical extreme, the opinion declares open season on law-abiding Americans who choose to carry firearms for self-defense. It may well be the most anti-gun ruling from any court of the modern era.

Congressmen Form the Congressional Second Amendment Caucus

Gun owners and shooting enthusiasts are looking forward to the next President in hopes of a friendlier Executive Branch when it comes to matters of the Second Amendment. For maximum effectiveness, the President needs the support of the Legislative Branch and to that effort, a group of U.S. Representatives, led by Congressman Thomas Massie, launched the Congressional Second Amendment Caucus.
