Reader Comments of the Week

“I too am a believer in the benefits of pistol and carbine sharing the same cartridge type and magazine. My choice for this combo is a Kel-Tec p-11 for my concealed carry, a S&W 5906 in a lock box, and a Marlin Camp9 with a folding stock in a tennis racket cover behind the seat. All take the same 15 round magazine of 9mm ammo. Marlin should come back with their Camp9. Great little carbine.”

– MIKE, in response to Choosing the Right Truck Gun

“I purchased the Ronin 10mm. It’s a beautiful gun and wonderful shooter.. I was surprised that Springfield decided to send only 1 magazine with the gun. The fit and finish is wonderful. Love the gun!”

– JOHN, in response to Review: Springfield Armory 1911 Ronin

“Spent much time and effort on this issue, many years before this article. Weaver, for all the reasons written above, and more. It’s totally locked into my muscle memory as my reflexive, first-resort stance.”

– MARCUS, in response to 3 Shooting Stance Options for Self-Defense
