It features Tony Blauer where he discusses how he came up with his S.P.E.A.R. system with SWAT TV host Rob Pincus. Blauer covers the use of the S.P.E.A.R. technique for moving through a large crowd, and then demonstrates the technique with live fire on a hot range.
