    1. DEAR DAVE,
INFO ON THE SEATTLE TAX ISSUE. i CONTACTED SEATTLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WITH INFO THAT THE COUNCIL WAS APPARENTLY ATTEMPTING TO RUN BUSINESSES OUT OF TOWN WITH SPECIAL TAXES.(TALKED TO JANET)
LATER CALL TO CHAMBER (LOU) INDICATED COUNCIL TOLD CHAMBER THAT ISSUE WAS JUST A MERE “PROPOSAL.” TYPICAL POLITICIANS; i LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE CITY LIED TO THE CHAMBER.
IN A CONVERSATION WITH “NATE” SEATTLE CITY COUNCIL SPOKESPERSON,THE ISSUE IS STILL ON BUT WILL NOT BE ENFORCED UNTIL AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR.
THE QUOTES (BY COUNCIL PRES) YOU PRINTED ARE VERY UNNERVING. WE READERS GET THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE ARE CRAZY ZOMBIE-LIKE MANIACS ROVING THE STREETS OF SEATTLE TOTING GUNS AND OTHER INANIMATE HARMFUL OBJECTS. WORSE THAT THAT, THE CITY (ACCORDING TO SPOKESPERSON “NATE”) IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM UNTIL AFTER FOOTBALL SEASON.
i HAVE MADE A REPORT TO THE WA. STATE TOURIST BUREAU ABOUT DANGERS TO NFL FANS AND OTHER VISITING SEATTLE.. i HATE TO BE IN 1ST CLASS ON THE WAY THERE, THEN HAVE TO BE IN CARGO CLASS ON THE WAY BACK IN A BODY BAG!!
I HAVE CONTACTED THE NFL HQS. ABOUT “UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT” BY THE SEATTLE CITY COUNCIL AND THE SEATTLE SEAHAWKS. i HAVE YET TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SEAHAWK’S OWNER PAUL ALLEN TO SEE IF HE ORDERED OR SUPPORTS SEATTLE COUNCILS ACTIONS.
i CALLED WA. GOV. iNSLEE’S OFFICE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING THE SEATTLE CITY COUNCIL ON REPORT TO THE GOV.
PRECISE AND DISCOUNT ARE OBVIOUSLY IN THE PROCESS OF PACKING OUT OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE. THEN THEY CAN JUST STAND OUTSIDE THE CITY LINE AND THUMB THEIR NOSES!! THAT SOUNDS LIKE THE PRO MAG. MANEUVER.
ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING RAIDER’S. THEY ARE THE FIRST DUE IN SEATTLE STADIUM. GOT TO WARN MY OLD CA. HOMIE NFL FANS OF THE DANGERS THEY MAY BE WALKING INTO.
DON’T WANT TO BE TOO LONG. READ MY “AZLE, TX.” COMMENTS ON THE OTHER SITE.
i BELIEVE THE SEATTLE CITY COUNCIL WILL BE DOING TAP DANCES FOR THE REST OF FOOTBALL SEASON FOR PLAYING THE ANTI-GUN CARD!!!
      MY CELL NUMBER IS (817) 360-6435 MANNELANDS@YAHOO.COM..

    2. CALLED THE SEATTLE P.D. REQUESTED CONTACT FROM THE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER. WANTED TO CONFIRM THE “EVERY DAY” (BLOTTER) CLAIM BY BURGESS. WELL, GOT IGNORED WITH ANOTHER VOICE MAIL. LET THE P.R. OFFICER KNOW ON RECORDING THAT IT WAS IN THE INTERESTS OF PRESERVING LIFE. BEEN MOST OF THE MORNING WAITING FOR CALL BACK.. MAYBE THEY DON’T CARE.
I GOT A SNEAKY FEELING THAT BURGESS LIED IN HIS PRESS RELEASE STATEMENT TO YOU… HE MAY EVEN TRY TO CLAIM THAT YOU MIS-QUOTED HIM OR FABRICATED HIS STATEMENT ALL TOGETHER. HOPE YOU KEPT THE TAPE; MOST REPORTERS DO.
SOME NEWSPAPERS PRINT POLICE BLOTTERS. i HOPED THAT MAYBE I COULD GET CONFLICTING INFO. CONTRARY TO STATEMENT. TRIED THE SEATTLE POST & TIMES BUT NEITHER NEWSPAPER PRINTED BLOTTER INFO.
IN THAT SEATTLE IS OBVIOUSLY NOT GOING TO GET $$$ SUPPORT FROM TAX ORDINANCE TO DEAL WITH THEIR MENTAL “HEALTH” ISSUE THAT IS NOW AT “CRISIS” LEVEL, I WILL RECOMMEND THAT THE GOV. INSLEE FLOAT THE CITY OF SEATTLE A LOAN BEFORE ONE OF THEIR MENTAL CASES GOES BIZERK ON GAME DAY AND SHOOTS UP THE PARKING LOT AND TICKET LINES. I CAN ALMOST HEAR SHOES TAP DANCING CLEAR DOWN HERE IN TEXAS.
