The best part of the hunt is the memories you will carry in the back of your mind for a lifetime and sharing those memories with friends and family. However, now there is a better way thanks to ATN‘s X-Sight II riflescope. Best of all, it is ready for action day or night, so hog and coyote hunters can take advantage too!

In regards to the original X-Sight, James Munn, President of ATN said, “One of the best features of Smart HD Optics and the Obsidian core is the upgradable firmware. This means that customers who already have the original X-Sight will be able to take advantage of some of the new features of the X-Sight II. The original unit will be fully supported and owners should expect a new firmware to be released in the coming months.”

Just like the original X-Sight, the X-Sight II takes pictures and videos, which can be uploaded to social media via Wi-Fi so that family and friends won’t miss out on the latest adventure. The X-Sight II of course still comes with a day / night vision mode, allowing the user to hunt deer during the day and hogs or predators at night.

The new ATN X-Sight II combines HD lenses, HD sensors and HD displays to give the user a full HD resolution system, creating crystal clear images and capturing millions of colors. The X-Sight II introduces the Recoil Activated Video (RAV) to help record those perfect shots. Set the video record to RAV and the system will buffer everything the scope sees. As the trigger is pulled, the user is left with a full video of what was seen before the shot was taken, the moment of and as much video after as desired. With more important things to worry about then remembering to press the record button before each shot, this new feature will revolutionize the way shot footage is taken.

The ATN X-Sight II scope is perfect for archery tackle too!

Also new with the X-Sight II is the Gyro Range Finder. This patent-pending smart range finder will make the user’s life easier than ever. With only two clicks and a simple shift of the scope, the user will be able to range the target. Once ranged in, the reticle will automatically adjust its point of impact. No more guessing, chart memorization or complex calculations. Included with the new X-Sight II is ATN’s Smart Shooting Solution. Range in with the Smart Range Finder, enter the wind readings and let the Obsidian II Core do the rest. Turn through the wind, change the incline angle, adjust distance and instantaneously the point of impact will shift to provide the perfect shot every time.

Other unique features include the E-Barometer, Gyroscope and E-Compass. Activating the built-in gyroscope and image stabilization gives you a smooth image that makes it easier than ever to spot game. The E-Compass lets the user know exactly what direction to head in so one can move a little closer and get a better shot at that monster buck. The X-Sight II is also Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (4.1) enabled so the user can connect his or her phone or tablet and view everything the scope sees on their electronic device.

  1. There’s another Scope, that came out right around this article. Which leads me to suspect, it’s about Getting Rid of Old Inventory. It’s called the Leatherwood M1000 2.5-10×44 with Hi-Lux Ballistic Computer, for ONLY $450.00 USD. Approximately 5 times Cheaper then the ATN…

  2. Let me ask a question since I’ve own both the 3-12 and the 5-18 X-Sight. Have you actually used these things out in the woods? Is the new core’s upgraded so they quit FREEZING UP? How about they fix the bugs in the X-Sight before they bring out a new dog and pony? firmware .343 didn’t fix it.

  3. Unfortunately Big Al the “KISS” method won’t let you see in the dark, this will. $599 on ATN’s website, its called Google, use it or is that too new fangled for yall. Not a bad price if they have the kinks worked out from the first version.

    1. @ SCBuilds.

It’s STILL ~2.5-pounds of Weight as Opposed to ~10-ounces for a Smartphone System. And a Smartphone FIT’S Easily into a Shirt Pocket. You can’t say that about the ATN Scope…

  4. Holy !#%(&^%^@*T%!!! Here again, we have a “modern” concept that pretends to make our shooting tools more practical, but actually makes them “tacticool”. In our pursuit of “tactical” we lose sight of “KISS” – yes, keep it simple, stupid! We take a short, light 6lb AR and equip it with a 2.5lb scope, a 1.5lb laser, a 1lb light, a 1lb bi-pod, a 2lb suppressor and, now ??? We have a new 14!!! pound rifle that resembles a cell phone tower and handles like a brick. Sure looks tacticool though!

  5. Well, guess I will save my lunch money, and forgo a couple ultra lattes from Starsucks! And I can then afford one of these super duper ultra nice scopes. Sorry, but this is like one of those new over and under double barrel shotguns that cost a 2 nd mortgage to purchase. Not even worth drooling over. Sort of like checking out a new Corvette. I’ll pass, thanks anyway, even if I did believe in Santa…..

  6. Is it really worth it? The ATN THOR runs from ~$2,600.00 USD on the LOW Side and ~$6,300.00 USD. on the HIGH Side Price Wise. An iPhone 5 or Android Equivalent, with FLIR App, Ballistic Computer App, IOS/OS 7 or High Update and Scope Adapter. Can Perform ALL the Same Functions at 1/25th the Price…
