GG&G, a company that prides themselves on designing products for the specific needs of professionals have introduced their new side saddle shell holder for Remington 870, 1100, and 11-87 12 gauge tactical shotguns. It holds six shells with the base up or base down and the 15-degree “angle facilitates bottom loading of the top mag tube and top loading of the chamber.” It installs easily with the steel trigger pin replacement bolts that are included. You will not have to worry about modifications or scratching your shotgun. The non-marring backing plate will not damage the finish on your Remington. Made from 6061 T-6 aluminum, the side saddle shell holder has a Type III hard-anodized black MIL-SPEC finish. The special cutout design reduces weight and allows you to see the shotgun’s serial number. GG&G’s Remington side saddle shell holder is 6.5-inches overall and weighs 5.5 ounces. For when you need to reload quickly, the GG&G Remington side saddle accommodates how you reload. All of GG&G’s products are designed and manufactured in Arizona. Listed at $74.95 on GG&G’s Web site, the Remington side saddle shell holder is expected to start shipping February 15, 2012.
