SHOT 2013 Preview: Celebrity Appearances

It has always been cool to me to meet someone I watch on TV. I admire plenty of celebrities in the shooting sports and fortunately had the opportunity to meet a few of them—even get a few shooting pointers! There are plenty of chances at SHOT Show to meet and greet your favorite shooting sports celebs. A full list of who will be there, at what booth and at what time is on SHOT Show’s official website. Here is my quick-pick list of whom I wouldn’t miss.

Chris Costa will be at Battle Comp Enterprises, LLC

Chris will be signing autographs on Tuesday, January 15 at 10:00 a.m. and on Friday, January 18 at 3:00 p.m.

Julie Golob at Team Smith & Wesson

Julie, along with Molly Smith will be signing autographs at the Team S&W booth on Friday, January 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Larry Vickers at Aimpoint

Larry will be signing autographs at Aimpoint on Tuesday, January 15 at 10:30 a.m. and Friday January 18 at 12:00 p.m.

Larry will also make an appearance at the Blue Force Gear, Inc. Booth 26209

Joe Mantegna, from Criminal Minds will be signing autographs Thursday, January 17, from 4:15 to 4:45 p.m.

Jeff Foxworthy meet and greet at Club Red

Jeff Foxworthy’s meet and greet is on Wednesday, January 16 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Jeff will also be at iScope, LLC booth 2232 on Tuesday, January 15 from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.

Orange County Choppers Bike at Wildgame Innovations

Not necessarily a celebrity, but cool nonetheless, Wildgame Innovations will have its Orange County Choppers bike on display at its booth for the duration of the show. It does not say that Paul and Paulie will attend or make an appearance.
