Post SHOT 2013: CAA Clear Action Mag

By CTD Suzanne published on in News

In the polymer magazine game, companies need to stay ahead of the game and offer innovative products at the right price. Command Arms Accessories’ (CAA) Clear Action Magazine offers tactical features at an MSRP lower than $20.

CAA added a tactile full magazine indicator on the bottom of the magazine.

The Clear Action Magazine is a 30-round magazine for AR-15 and M4 rifles chambered for .223 Remington/5.56 NATO. A clear window with a highly-visible white follower extension quickly and clearly shows you how many rounds are left. Window magazines are not a new invention; however, on the bottom CAA added a tactile full magazine indicator. The button pushes out when the magazine is full. When fast magazine reloads are imperative in the field or during competition, the tactile magazine indicator lets you know in an instant if you have a full mag ready to go. Whether you are searching for a loaded magazine in your mag carrier, vest or range bag, the tactile full mag indicator lets you know. This feature is also perfect for nighttime and low-light shooting situations.

CAA makes their magazines out of high-strength polymer and the rounded inside shape of the magazine prevents misfeeds. There is a stainless steel spring and non-tilting follower. A rubber dust cover is included.

Israeli Defense Forces found the Clear Action Magazines to meet their specific needs and have ditched their traditional aluminum mags for CCA’s new product.

By removing the white follower extension, you can preset the tactile button full magazine indicator to pop out at either 29 or 30 rounds. CAA’s price for the magazine is $18.99. However, at the time of this writing, the company has a two-month backlog.

I’m wondering if once this socialist bans the sale of everything under the Sun connected with firearms. Will there be loop holes which will allow manufacturers to sell the parts so we can assemble the mags etc. Can you imagine the black market in ammunition and firearms once he succeeds? And considering the new mentality of the people who have received a first class liberal, socialist education, he will. By the way, do not expect to see this individual leave after his second term. If I’m right and I hope I am not. The Demo socialists will take over the House after the mid-term elections. Once this happens the 14th Amendment is finished. And so is America if it’s not already.
